What You’ll Be Building

You’ll work across several core domains of the platform, including:

  • Scoring Engine Designing and maintaining complex algorithms that calculate country and industry risk scores using weighted factors such as AML compliance, sanctions exposure, corruption indices, terrorism risk, and more.
  • Multi-Tenant Architecture Organisation-based data isolation with hierarchical permission models that support enterprise and advisory use cases.
  • API Development Designing and implementing RESTful APIs that expose risk data securely to external clients and partners.
  • User & Permission Management Complex user invitation flows, role assignment, and fine-grained access control across multiple organisations.
  • Configuration Management Flexible, data-driven scoring profiles stored in PostgreSQL JSONB, enabling custom risk models without constant schema changes.
  • Background Processing Building asynchronous workflows for large-scale scoring and recalculation jobs using Sidekiq.
